We are currently supporting a legal aid applicant who has applied for a judical review of the downgrading of Frenchay Hospital. Despite public funding of the case, we have to raise a large sum of money for this legal challenge. The Legal Aid Board has ruled that, if our case succeds, the local community would benefit and so should make a contribution.
